Jenni’s Space Store Shipping and Return Policy

This policy applies to all circumstances not covered by Etsy (if applicable) or Jenni’s Space manufacturing partners (see list below): 

All products are fulfilled by my partners and may be subject to their shipping policies. All products currently are created in partnership with Printful.com. You can read their shipping policy here.

Shipping and Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store creditdifferent product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 14 days for handling and an additional 14 days for re-shipping if a replacement is requested.

Please note the following exceptions to our shipping and return policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Electronic goods and downloads such as ebooks and forms cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Damage from shipping is permissible.
  • Returns for refunds are only for damaged, incorrect, or lost items.
  • Returns for exchanges only are allowed for buyer’s remorse.
  • If an item is lost in shipping or return, we will verify tracking information with the carrier and issue a refund or exchange based on the carrier information. If we cannot verify the shipping information, the item cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided
  4. You are responsible for shipping costs for return, but we will pay for shipping your replacement.
  5. Please allow 14 days for processing your return and an additional 14 days, if applicable, for shipping a replacement

I never received my order: 

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by your customer, it’ll be returned to the default return address. I currently have my office listed as the return address, and if it comes back to me I will reship at no cost if you request reshipment when it was returned to the manufacturer.
